When I read my LJ friends page, posts that come from Twitter aggregation are titled "Мои твиты."  From more than one person.  Is this a feature of the Twitter-to-LJ feed app or are my language settings borked?  Or do I have more Russian-speaking flist members than I realized?

Me, too. I just thought those folks were being edgy, but maybe it's a plot!

Wild, irresponsible speculation: Something to do with the fact that LJ is owned by Russians??

It's a "known issue" at LJ support, not something either they or your friends are doing on purpose.

My Twitter reposts have their headers and dates in Cyrillic, and I know maybe a dozen words of Russian. As redbird posted, it's a bug.

Yeah, my tweets come across as "Мои твиты." Just an artifact of LJ's ownership -- I'm a little surprised to see that LJ still has a US majority according to Wikipedia. I suspect if you pulled out the inactive accounts, a majority of current LJ postings are coming from Russia.
